Goat milk has been a staple
for centuries in many countries. It is often used as a suitable
replacement for mother’s milk, both human and animal. The benefits of raw
goats milk are many. Goats milk is a naturally homogenized, rich
milk that is high in medium chain fatty acids and lower in cholesterol
than cows milk. The small size of the fat globules makes it highly
digestible and the different protein base allows some of those
with milk allergies to drink this wonderful product. Many people
with seasonal allergies report less problems when they drink
goat’s milk. Because it is not pasteurized, it contains
all the natural enzymes, which help in the digestion and utilization
of the milk, as well as leaving all of the calcium available
for the body’s use.
Much research is being done
today showing the benefits of raw goat milk. The Maker’s

pasteurized milk.
Our raw milk is sold in quarts, half gallons and gallon containers.
Glass containers are available for local customers only. The
milk freezes and thaws well and some of our customers will get
bulk amounts frozen to avoid numerous trips to the dairy.
