 Brazos Supreme ice cream is a dairy goats milk
ice cream produced by Wateroak Farm from fresh dairy goat milk
and dairy goat cream. Natural Turbinado sugar and sea salt are
used along with whole eggs from free ranging chickens to produce
a creamy super premium ice cream. We have three base flavors,
vanilla, chocolate and coffee from which are derived the 50 or
so flavors.
The ice cream is packaged in 4oz paper cups or it can be packaged
in pint or half gallon plastic containers for special orders.
No extra dyes are added and natural flavorings are used when
possible. People with allergies to cow products now have a yummy
alternative! The Austin Chronicle Food Editor named our ice cream
as one of the top ten desserts in 2003. It has had a warm reception
in the Austin area!
